At Sweet Caroline Events, we believe every wedding should uniquely reflect the couple's love story. - Coordination from two or more team members, including the owner who will serve as the primary contact for all vendors
- Organize & conduct basic décor set-up and tear-down
- Distribution of bouquets and boutonnieres, including pinning of boutonnieres
- Guest arrival & seating management, including any applicable reserved seating, as well as managing the flow of events for all guests throughout the day (ceremony, cocktail hour, & reception)
- Distribution of final payments & tips to all vendors, as applicable
Wedding Management
- Monthly emails and wedding checklist
- One meeting to discuss vision and design for wedding
- Final venue walkthrough one month prior to wedding
- Timeline and layout meeting one month prior to wedding
- Starting 60 days out:
- Detailed and personalized timeline creation
- Detailed and personalized layouts for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception
- Final site visit and timeline meeting
- Coordination with all vendors including contacting vendors for arrival times, obtaining vendor meal counts and confirming services booked
- Distribution of timeline and layouts to all vendors booked
- Week and day of your wedding:
- Rehearsal coordination
- Wedding coordinator and assistant for up to 10 hours on your wedding day
- Point of contact for all vendors on wedding day
- Set up and breakdown of your wedding day items (décor, cards, and gifts)

Partial Planning

- Personalized vendor recommendations that match your wedding vision
- Unlimited email support upon booking until wedding day
- Four hours worth of planning meetings
- Final venue walkthrough one month prior to wedding
- Timeline and layout meeting one month prior to wedding
- Starting 60 days out:

- Detailed and personalized layouts for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception
- Final site visit and timeline meeting
