No matter your guest count — 25 or 350 — you’ll see us in action, hustling with heart. We show up with our fully stocked emergency kit, our trusty wagon, and a ready-to-roll attitude. Need a card box, table numbers, or a cupcake stand? We’ve got you covered with our rental inventory, too.

Wedding Planning & Coordination Packages

Every package includes these essential services, ensuring a seamless and stress-free wedding day:
- Access to Aisle Planner, our wedding management software which includes checklists, timeline, budget tracker, RSVP management, layout management and more!
- Rehearsal coordination
- Coordination from lead planner and at least 1 assistant on the wedding day
- Setup and breakdown of basic wedding day items
- Distribution of personal flowers, including pinning of boutonnieres
- Guest arrival, seating management, well as managing the flow of events for all guests throughout the day
- Distribution of final payments & tips to all vendors, as applicable
- Access to our emergency kit with items ranging from beauty supplies to a wedding toolkit
- Access to our rental inventory for use on your wedding day. This includes table numbers, signage, card box, cake stand, cake cutting set, and more.
Wedding Management
This package is great for couples who have done most of the planning but want professional guidance to ensure everything runs smoothly on the big day. Communication with our team starts three months before your big day! Inquire to find out more!

- Unlimited email access with your planner
- Personalized wedding day timeline
- Custom ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception layouts
- Vendor management for all wedding-day vendors
- Venue walkthrough and planning meeting
- Timeline and layout sent to vendors (5 weeks, 2 weeks, and 2 days before)
Investment starts at $2,300
Partial Planning
This package is great for couples who have started planning but need expert support to fill the gaps and bring your vision together. Upon booking, we will have a vision meeting, you will get monthly check-in emails, and you will have an additional two planning meetings.
Starting at six months:
- Unlimited email access with your planner
- Personalized wedding day timeline
- Custom ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception layouts
- Vendor management for all wedding-day vendors
- Venue walkthrough and planning meeting
- Timeline and layout sent to vendors (5 weeks, 2 weeks, and 2 days before)

Full Planning
This package is great for couples who want our team to be involved from start to finish. We handle every aspect of your wedding, so you can focus on enjoying the experience.
